Notes

Crunched some numbers before the run and looks like somehow I’ll still be able to hit my goal this week of 75-80. Felt good on this run, combination of getting over the cold and adjusting to the humidity I guess. Last run in HIlton Head tomorrow, gonna be an ET so hopefully I can squeeze out something resembling a quality workout
