4x3' @ LT w/ 1' jog
Little better than yesterday at least got through half of it but legs still just don't have it. Just fine aerobically but legs feel heavy and are quick to tire. Weird because they felt awesome on the double Wednesday but since then just absolutely lifeless. Just gonna take the rest of today and tomorrow off and put this week behind me. Gonna switch up the plan and inject a little speed on Tuesday to see if that helps with the LT because right now (including last week's LT workout) it feels all out.
