Long in the rain. Quads a bit sore but not too bad overall. Pretty much a full week in terms of volume for where I wanna be at with tri. Skipped a run workout tuesday because of the race but still ran the duration. Only other thing is probably need to continue to build the long rides up seeing as I haven't even covered the race distance
