Forked up the $22 to use the pool today since I don't have my bike and running is clearly not an option. This actually went very well. Focused on keeping my head down, especially when breathing trying to keep half my face in the water. I think it helped, swam quicker than expected on the first couple 2s and then got a little too excited on the second set after drills. Positive split them but was just going too hard. Plan was to go 3:10-3:15
