20 x 1min on (CV), 1 min easy
Weather was miserable all day so wasn't really looking forward to this. Got out there with Vince and toughed it out. Started off in the rain, then the sun set and started snowing so we were frozen. Fartlek felt good, I was able to get all 20 without too much difficulty. A couple reps hurt a bit if it was uphill but overall pretty solid.
