I guess you could say I sucked eggs today. Felt just ok on the first mile, lead the second mile but definitely started to labor towards the end. 3rd rep things went downhill... legs felt shot after one lap, breathing got heavy. Same thing for the 4th one, legs felt heaving and starting burning up as soon as I started. Skipped the 5k rep and did the strides. Felt similar to the LT workout we did 2 weeks ago at frear. Not sure what was up, maybe I didn't eat enough, maybe it has something to do with taking yesterday off...
