5x600 @ "race pace" (1:47) w/ 4min jog
4x200 @ R (35) w/ 2min jog
Solo workout in the armory today. I thought this would be a pretty easy workout because of how long the rests were but I was dead wrong. I think it probably had to do with the fact that I was coming off of sickness and the armory air sucks but every rep felt hard. Lungs were not happy but made it through.
