15 up, 30 tempo, 25 down + hills
Went out looking to go a little faster than last tempo. Last one was a little conservative but it was nice to feel really good, compared to today where it was still solid but didn't come as easy. Also last time was perfect weather and today was just really humid, so that combined with the faster pace explains why it was a bit harder today. Happy with where I am at this point.
