Slept through my alarm in the morning so decided to run in the evening to stay out of the heat. Ended up getting stuck in traffic coming out of the city so couldn't get out until 9pm. Was pitch black out on the bikepath but an awesome experince nonetheless. Really eased into it today just the way I like it... first mile was 7:20 and the last mile was 6:20, just cruising and focusing on form.
