No hills bc there aren’t any :(
First workout in Hilton Head, also first time doing 3min CV pickups. Was a bit worried about this in the heat and humidity but it went pretty well, aside from a bathroom stop halfway. Legs felt very good and the pickups were not too bad... last 2 were tough but not terrible. Did my cool down on the beach because it was low tide, and then did my strides barefoot on the sand. Started getting sick as the day went on. Sucks because I was just sick last week and I’m on vacation.
