Out and back long ride to the navy base. Roads weren't as great as I was hoping for but legs felt pretty solid.

Broke the strength/rehab streak yesterday at 259 days. Have the bachelor party and ski trip in the next couple weeks and was already pretty decided it wasn't going to last through those anyway. Would have been a different story if it was actually working and keeping me healthy but seeing as I am still dealing with pain it's silly to be dogmatic over a stupid streak.

Gonna take a pass at revising the rehab plan now anyway. It started to get a bit unorganized as I kept trying different things to heal my glute, plus ramping up volume made it more tough to fit in so I found myself doing it late at night more often which I don't like. Hopefully I can iron something out that both makes sense and fits well with the schedule. While I'm not gonna go crazy over keeping a streak, I still want it to be a staple of my training.
