Big workout today, great weather, and felt pretty solid. Felt very comfortable on the CVs, especially aerobically. Legs got a bit tired on the last one or too but not so bad. Lead the first V02 and stayed pretty controlled for that one, second one got quick and I went completely lactic but managed to get it in. 100s felt fast. Overall a good workout
