Back in action. First time working out in carbons and might have got a little too excited. Effort was a bit harder than it should have been but didn't feel terrible. 5 weeks to bridge run. Just gonna try to make the most of it. Butt pain didn't really show up today, groin slightly aggravated after but within normal tolerance
