Goal was 10-10-5 @ LT then 6x30" @ R.

Did the first LT then quit on the second and skipped to the R. Legs were so tired going into this and of course it's summer weather again so just could not get anything going. Very tired. Just want to get through this 100mi week then focus on getting the legs feeling good for the race
