Pretty solid workout today. Felt the ankle a bit on the warmup but it was completely fine during the workout. I got 3 reps in which is alright all things considered and since it was in the armory. I also wanted to make sure I still had something for the 200s after. Things are progressing well hopefully in a couple weeks I'll be back at full strength
