Good 70. Talked to the security guard he says before 730 is good on school days on turf so that works just fine. Hip flexor was meh, stopped to stretch out twice which gave some relief. If it doesn't at least feel a little better tomorrow I'll probably bail and take the weekend off. Putting it in writing now so I can hold myself accountable. Smart decisions only from here on out
