Felt really good for this workout today, ran with Will and Gridley. Felt very strong on the hills, even on the longer reps I felt like I was still able to attack it the whole time. Ran faster than prescribed paces on the track but wasn't really straining at all... vDot definitely too low but just gonna be patient with it and come out strong the first race this season
