Little bit of a tuneup workout today. Schedule got messed up from the ski trip. Long day driving home yesterday and got back feeling very sleep deprived and decided it was not smart to workout so cut a few reps off and did it today. I talk a big game when it comes to skiing and running although admittedly the legs do feel pretty dead after 3 days on the mountain. Hopefully we'll shape up for Friday
