10 x 2:30 @ CV w/ 90s easy
Had a long day driving home from Maine and I was really tired when I got back and did not feel like running at all. I decided to switch with Friday's workout and do the fartlek today because doing a full tempo and then hills and then strides is just a really long workout and I just wanted to get the run over with. When I got out there however I actually felt pretty good, especially for being in a car for 6 hours. Pace was around 5:35 which is off my actual CV pace but I was running on some thick grass and it was a bit humid, the effort felt about 10s/mi quicker.
