A workout. After 4-5 weeks at 45mi/wk with no workouts felt like it was finally time to progress. Still not pain free but with this thing I think I just gotta keep slowly pushing the envelope like I've done the last few months getting to this point.

Went pretty average. Wasn't gonna try to do anything crazy. Felt very easy which I was happy about, wasn't sure how it would feel because it had been so long. Groin was in a bit of pain right when I picked it up but it wasn't constant, warmed up a bit then was on and off a bit. So not great that I felt it but also I'd say it was a lesser pain level than when I was doing those 1-2mi slow runs back in July/August so hopefully it just continues to get better from here.

Plan is to workout again friday and stay at 45mi for this week, and if things go well I'll start upping mileage next week and see if we can get to 60 and hang out there for a few weeks. The key I think is to not get married to a training plan and be ready to slow things down if needed
