Well... this sucked
I really didn't think this was going to be a bad workout since the last time we did LT miles it was a breeze. Although the track finally cleared I got hit with 20-30mph winds and a flash snow storm that lasted only ten minutes, but during my workout of course, and it was awful. After 3 disgraceful reps of not even knowing what I was doing out there I just moved on to the hill sprints and the strides. Wasn't mentally prepared for this... got my ass kicked by nature
