Not gonna force running so back to learning how to swim. Swam 100s w/ 30s rest then finished with a 200, just trying to get a feel for the water again. Didn't realize the pool was 25m not yards so I thought I was slower than I actually was. Probably will go easy again tomorrow but try to stretch it to all 200m/yd reps.
Might bike too but don't wanna aggro the shin... I think its a problem with the patellar tendon bc the tender spot on the tibia is right where it attaches on the side
