Ran up to the turf and ran into Frank just starting his run as well so we set out together. Glad I had someone to run with because it was a bit of a grind. Last couple pickups sucked but they were also uphill so somewhat understandable. Cooled down after to hit 70, and will probably double later when I get home because I didn’t yesterday and this workout was short
