Notes

Got a nice sunny day but track still wan't melted to went to the bike path which was melted and just converted the workout to a fartlek.

4 x 35s @ 5k w/ 1min jog (200s)

4 x 3:20 @ CV w/ 90s jog (1ks)

2 x [75, 2:30, 75] @ 5k w/ 30s after the "400", 1min after the "800", and 4mins between sets

3 x 30s @ R-1 w/ 1min jog (200s)

Felt pretty good for this one, I tried to keep the pace honest. 1ks felt fine, ramped it up a touch for the broken miles... made the 800s hurt a bit. Then let it go for the 2s at the end which felt nice
