Nice workout this morning, wanted to throw on the xc spikes to feel them out before the time trial. It was good that I did because by the last couple reps they were cutting into my heel. Started off ok, it felt like this was going to be a long workout alone the first few, but about halfway in the JV soccer team showed up for their 2 mile time trial. So the second half of my workout was lots of fun running circles around them and yelling at them when they started to walk in the middle of their race. I did have to run around them which slowed me down a bit on reps 5 and 6 but they spread out pretty quickly and it wasn't to big of a problem.
