I was in the pool a few hours earlier and got a pretty bad Charlie horse in my left calf so I was kinda nervous for this run. I stretched and massaged it for like 2 hours before and got it to the point where it was just really tight and tender. Luckily I didn't feel it at all on the run but I still decided to skip the strides to be safe.
