Just a little something today. Felt fine on the ET but terrible afterwards. Slow end of LT and then couldn't believe how slow the CV 1k was. Sucks to not just crush an easy workout like this as a confidence boost but will take it as a sign that I gotta really focus on recovery this week and get the system ready to go for Sunday.
Foot felt fine until the cooldown it kinda hurt at the end
