Ran a 10k at Sunken Meadow with a friend. Early in the season so we decided just to use it as an easy run. Got out in around 6:50s and at the halfway met some guys from Geneseo (my friend is going to run there next year), so that was cool and we ran with them. Ended up closing in about 6:25s but felt great and really smooth. Being able to hold a conversation while rolling at that pace is just awesome.
