Well we had a good run. Felt some pain back left hip. Came on pretty early, cut the run from 50 to 40, but still very aggravated and now painful simply walking around. I’ve had this injury before, pretty sure it’s just some bursitis, maybe impingement (or both). Looked back in the logs it was Dec of 2019. Had to take 3 weeks but I also doubled after first feeling it and then long ran the next day so hopefully this will be fine in much less than 3 weeks.
Taking off right away and not messing with it. I’ve done several of these buildups after not running for months and there are always hiccups along the way. Best case scenario we’re back at it next week and I can move on and keep building
