I made a poopy behind the Mount Pleasant Town Center Sign hahahaha. 10/10 poop spot. Chill run other than having the emergency pit stop.

Overall a really good week of training. I think I've finally found a good template for the week that fits with the work schedule, gets all the sessions in that I want without leaving myself burnt out for any workouts. only thing I missed was an easy run and strides on monday bc I had to drive Luke to the airport but I don't think that would kill the week or Tuesday's workout
