Leisurely ride on a nice day. Moving the run to tomorrow so I can run with Neil so gave this a try today. I'd like to incorporate at least 1 run and 1 swim back into the week even while my focus will be running for the time being. No back of knee funny business. Still not 100% sure what that was. Kinda thought it was tendonitis but didn't really make sense. Regardless gave it tons of rest and incorporated a lot of hamstring stuff into my rehab. If it acts up again then I really don't know what to do.
