Forgot to start the watch yesterday and then today accidentally had it on run indoors instead of outdoor so didn't get gps. Run was good though, groin getting slightly cranky the second half but wasn't consistently bad it would come and go. I think it depended on how smooth my stride was - running on uneven sidewalk vs smooth pavement for example would throw things off a bit and it would flare up. Cadence was right at 180spm and didn't have to think about it much at all, pretty natural now
