Kept it easy today did kind of a figure 8 into a gypsy and felt really good. Want to keep up with the biking just have to go slower like today so i don't burn my legs out in 10 minutes and then hate it. Probably running tomorrow foot feels good last 2 days. Not sure how I wanna play this building back up... I'd like to just start running every day again but we'll see how tomorrow goes
