Went ok, still getting back into it. Groin starting to progress. Able to do full sets of deadbugs within acceptable pain tolerance. Not quite there on the copenhagen plank. Tried 30s iso holds of it today, but was too painful for my liking so didn't to more and definitely not ready for actual reps. I think if I can get to a point where I can crank out 3x15 with reasonable pain I'll try to run. I've had no success trying to run while still having achilles tendon pain but I also feel like the adductor tendons aren't stressed as much as the achilles while running so hopefully we can swing it
