Had to be at tlc early again today, was planning on doing this early morning beforehand to avoid the heat that I got caught in last time but couldn't get myself to do it. Woke up at 3:45am and said eh 90 degrees ain't that bad anyway. Turned out to be a good choice I felt really good on this one and even though it was hot the trails were nice and it was cooling down throughout the run. Strides after were quick and smooth
