15 up then 8x30s @ 5k with 90s easy
Group wasn’t sure if the rest was one or two minutes so we ended up doing 1:30. Ran mostly with Dan, Jake and Spreiz. We did the pickups on riding club and then did a corn fields to turf. Legs still feeling a bit beat up but overall was a solid run. I think part of it is just because lift always makes me sore but also just the mileage building up is starting to wear me down a bit
