Not the greatest workout today. First couple Ks were slower than usual... usually we have no problem clicking off 3:20s from the start, but it didn't come as easy today. Stomach was killing me so didn't feel great through any of the reps, although after the CV 1ks were fast on everything else and managed to hang in there.
