Little bit of threshold work today. Tried to be a little more specific with my pacing... wanted to shoot for about 3min for the 2s, and then go 1:35, 1:30, 1:25 for the 100 cutdowns but still don't have a great feel for pace. Went out way too hard on the first rep I thought I ruined the workout but still managed to get through it without falling off. Hardest part was swimming the slow 100 I could not find that pace but I guess its a good sign I was accidentally fast instead of slow.
