Got out pretty well sitting on the Vermont guys the first half. Legs started to fatigue a lot earlier than I expected around 600 in, and at the 800 those guys took off and I didn't have the speed to react. I think my first half was 2:18 so I guess I faded a lot but it didn't really feel like it. Then I saw 4:08 at the 1400 and tried to close in 32 to salvage a 4:40, I thought I was moving pretty quick but it was a 37, so that was rough. All things considered I think its a decent starting point. Its right where I was last year at the end of indoor, but this time I haven't done any fast work yet, and we came off a pretty high volume workout on Wednesday.
