Got this workout from an email that McMillan sent out last night. Decided to be spontaneous and do it today. 400m @ 6.3 (recovery), 400m @ 7.8 (tempo), 400m @ 8.5 (3-5K). I did 4 sets. It wasn't as challenging as my usual interval work, but a nice sharpening workout for my 10K on Friday.
