8 x 800m w/400m recovery jogs. 3:33, 3:24, 3:19, 3:22, 3:18, 3:22, 3:20, 3:18. Didn't go all out on these-- felt like I could have done a few more. Coach stopped us after 8 with a marathon less than 3 weeks out.
