Almost fasting (20h meal + some sugar in drinks during day). Tried to take it easy, but somehow I feel I should get my HRM working again to see hard data, because I think I got to a point where breathing easily and shallow, while thinking about different things, and just focusing a bit on style... can still put me at almost-racing intensity in terms of heart, blood and energy replenish systems. It feels very easy, and I managed to feel in very similar way even toward end of run, actually adding one 3km lap to bump it to half marathon distance, with no sense of lacking energy or something like that. But I think it was not as easy as It felt.

Anyway, felt great, a bit misty weather, but still nice autumn valley sights, lovely place to run (in terms of big city place).

Right Achilles a bit aching couple of times during run, right heel seriously aching upon landing (a blunt pain, no immediate threat, just still bashed badly from the last race), so running mostly strictly on forefoot. And it felt ok, but very asymmetric, looks like I tend to "land" on left, and "pull" from right. :/ After run while massaging Right Achilles, I was unable to find some single spot of inflammation, or big ache, it felt very good. Looks like the tendon itself is quite fine right now, but irritated by some other structure during movement.
