Fasting. Met Karel after 2nd km, and because I was planning an easy run, I joined him. This was just to get some mileage before business trip in next 3 days, but also keeping it as easy as possible after the hard race. Everything felt quite ok, legs were a bit stiff in first km, but no real pain, or weakness. After we split with Karel, I run last 2km alone, and suddenly I felt weak and without energy (not as bad as in old times, but considerably). I didn't try to speed up, but it would be very difficult. Probably sugar was depleted quite a lot at that point. So even some endurance training was done probably. :)
