It's done. Fifth Third in 3 days. I have grossly overdone it again. I'm totally burnt. I thought building a big base by running easy miles would be fine, especially with significant cut back weeks mixed into the program. Wrong. If I'm honest with myself the base building was very hard training. I can only train for 12-13 weeks with a few cutback weeks mixed in, then taper. Asking myself to run hard from late December through April was more corland insanity.
