Notes

my legs felt really fresh from the couple days off. My hip flexors were a little tight in the beginning but they loosened up pretty quick. I started this run out as an easy jog but since my legs were fresher than usually I naturally started to turn this run into a moderate progressive tempo run. I was running pretty hard by the end but it never felt even remotely labored. My only issue was my stomach rebelling against what I ate at the theme park...
