workout felt great! I had excellent focus and really buckled down to get the work done. I wasn't stiff but I could feel the EMS from yesterday as I went up the hill. I broke it up into 2 segments, 8 reps each, with a two minute rest in between each. I paced myself well, getting good work in, but leaving room to accelerate throughout the workout. I was really able to push on the last 8, significantly dropping my times from the first set. On the last rep I was really gunning for 1:30, and ended up coming in 1:24! that was awesome. The 20s sprints really built up the lactic acid in my legs after doing the full workout. I was planning on doing 5 but I could tell that any more after 4 was playing with fire for pulling something.
