I felt like I was flying in this session. For whatever reason I was pushing hard but it just didn't hurt as much as normal. I feel like I was controlling my breathing a lot better than usual. My paces slowed in the second half, but I felt like I was going faster than I was towards the beginning, so it wasn't a sign of giving up on the workout
