This run felt great! I started off relatively easy and as I went I just kept naturally picking up the pace. I wasn't putting much effort in and it was fun. It wasn't until the last 1.5 miles or so that I really started trying. I still feel my left hamstring but I don't think it's much of an issue any more. I will just watch it and take care of it as I pick training back up
