I didn't feel 100% at the start of the run, but I loosened up into it part way through. At mile 7 my hip gave me a little worries but after a couple miles of concentrating on keeping it stable it was fine again. I had a great negative split again on this run and the last few miles were at a much quicker pace than I started. I pushed a little bit from 18 on, especially at 19. I was still feeling relatively fresh so I wanted to prove to myself that I could push at that point in a run. 2 x 10 mile Dr. Lawless MTB [1:24:40; 1:18; 40]
