Long Run

Notes

Ran long today. On Tuesday I started the hill workout, ran for about 5 minutes and got a huge pain in my leg. I walked/jogged slowly home.Don't know what it was, but I decided to play it safe and took the two days after off. I was only going to take one day off, but Thursday I had jury duty and so I was busy the whole day and not really up for a run. I bought new shoes as well.

Today i felt great and had no pain in the leg. This was good. I tried to take it easy and not push too hard. Looking at the time, I feel pretty good. Not too fast and not too slow. Saw a surprising amount of runners, 2 by themselves and a whole team, prob Philips, doing a workout. Since it was snowing I figured I was pretty awesome for running, but apparantly not so much. Also, my beard froze, which was awesome.
